Work Packages are thematic working groups that structure project actions around specific areas. Each Work Package brings together partners and experts around a common strategic issue, with the aim of producing comparable data, shared analyses and concrete tools for a better understanding of the cross-border territory.
Each module is co-constructed collaboratively by the three sides – French, Walloon and Flemish – to ensure balanced, inclusive and representative cross-border cooperation. This approach ensures that the realities and priorities of each territory are taken into account on an equal footing, in a spirit of dialogue and co-responsibility.
This modular organization makes it possible to work in a targeted, progressive and coordinated way, adapting to the priorities identified collectively with the project partners.
