Deze vormen de basis van de beschikbare en inzetbare geaggregeerde data op grensoverschrijdend niveau, met name op het vlak van demografie, werkgelegenheid, inkomens, economisch weefsel en leefomstandigheden.  De doelstellingen van de module zijn: het verbeteren van de beschikbaarheid en vergelijkbaarheid van de gegevens, het cre\u00ebren van een duurzame en routinematige databasismethodiek, het versterken van de kennis van het programmagebied en het identificeren van manifeste en latente uitdagingen. Daarnaast wil de module hulpmiddelen aanreiken voor besluitvorming, beleidssturing en het bevorderen van het democratisch debat voor het programma en de actoren die actief zijn in het het aanbieden van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>grensoverschrijdende datasets en indicatoren in lijn met de thematische scope <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>methodes voor vergelijkbaarheid via de opmaak van metadatafiches <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sectorstudies en territoriale diagnosen met datavisualisaties <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De scope van de socio-economische gegevens focust op de karakterisering van de bevolking die woont, werkt, studeert of zich verplaatst binnen het programmagebied, met name: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de bevolking en huishoudens, evenals hun levensniveau en leefomstandigheden <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de ondernemingen en hun economische kenmerken <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voortgang<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 duidelijk studieperimeter en een methode voor de prioritering van data bepaald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze hebben een gemeenschappelijk proces uitgewerkt om de gegevens van de drie zijden te standaardiseren en harmoniseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze hebben de grensoverschrijdende vergelijkbaarheid van deze gegevens gewaarborgd, onder meer op het vlak van definities, geografische granulariteit, berekeningsmethoden, historische reeksen en temporaliteit van de data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens een specifiek workshop identificeerden de operatoren de relevante grensoverschrijdende afbakeningen voor toekomstige diagnostieken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Twee testzones werden geselecteerd: de Eurometropool Rijsel-Kortrijk-Doornik en de Grensoverschrijdende Strategie voor de Ardennen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div
